More Detailed Listing ************************
Campaign - These services are a combination of regular activities and organization specific actions that prepare for, implement and celebrate a campaign. Among the kinds of assistance available are: identification, recruitment and training of volunteers; campaign structure development; campaign tracking and reporting; campaign communication; timetable creation; and design of the overall campaign plan.
Case Development/Writing - If development is about relationships, campaigns and solicitations are about telling your story. We assist in crafting the message, developing the themes/language and consulting regarding the final formats and what is appropriate for specific constituencies.
Development Assessment - Critical analysis of your philanthropic operation including: culture of philanthropy, cultivation and stewardship activities, major gift strategy, web site, data base management, internal and external communications, and marketing and staffing organization/skill alignment designed to improve your efficiency and effectiveness. Pre-campaign Services - including feasibility/campaign readiness studies and consultation regarding preparation, resources and necessary activities for conducting a successful campaign.
Fund Raising Counsel and Ongoing Consultation - Using our broad and extensive base of experience, we are available to consult on specific client situations relative to ongoing philanthropic or communication operations or plans to expand development activity.
Board Development and Retreats - We work directly with Chief Development Officers and Lead or Key Philanthropic volunteers. The process includes assessment of the current state of the board, consultation regarding strategies and vehicles to enhance existing circumstances and provision of best practices and creative thinking. The ultimate goal is to develop a more cohesive and effective board of champions for your mission. Retreats are another methodology that can be used to advance the board as a ambassadorial and philanthropic leadership group. Culture of Philanthropy - An established program of education, understanding and support for philanthropy significantly increases the opportunities for friend and fund development. We can help to establish a set of actions that create an environment in which philanthropy is recognized, accepted, integrated and celebrated across internal and external audiences.
Grateful constituents - In every sector or organization there are individuals and/or companies that have experienced the mission first hand. We can assist you in developing a program that is designed to expand and enhance this relationship whether it be with patients, alumni, participants or others who have been impacted by your organization.
